Payment for the purchase of real estate, including the division into individual premises, is made in installments.
The buyer pays the first installment of 35% of the investment value within 14 days of signing the notarial contract.
The second installment in the amount of 40% of the investment value is paid after the completion of the construction phase of the framework defined in the contract.
The third payment of 25% of the price is made upon delivery of the keys to the completed apartment.
