Payment for the purchase of real estate, including the division into individual premises, is made in installments.
The buyer pays the first installment of 35% of the investment value within 14 days of signing the notarial contract.
The second installment of 35% of the investment value is paid upon completion of the construction phase of the framework specified in the contract.
The third payment of 25% of the price is made upon delivery of the keys to the completed apartment.
The remaining 5% is paid by the buyer upon completion of the investment and delivery of the certificate.
The agency commission is 5% of the real estate sale price and covers all costs associated with handling the real estate purchase process, including; sworn translation into English and all activities necessary to finalize the sales contract.
Apart from the property price and the commission amount, the buyer does not incur any additional costs. The agency commission is paid upon signing the reservation contract.
