The agency's commission is 5% of the real estate sale price and covers all costs related to handling the real estate purchase process, including; notarial fees (notary tax, purchase tax, stamps), sworn translation into English and all activities necessary to finalize the sales contract. Apart from the price of the property and the value of the commission, the buyer does not incur any additional costs. The agency commission is payable upon signing the notarial agreement.
